Private classes for 1, or 2 people.

Yoga literally means yoking or union. A dissolving of the feeling of separation and loneliness. A place of peace and contentment, beyond words.

Yoga can also be defined as a state of such pure thinking and understanding, that ego, conditioning and previous experiences no longer cloud perception.

Hatha Yoga, consisting primarily of physical practices - asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) is the most widely known form of yoga in the West.

Of the nine internationally recognized styles, I particularly admire, and draw inspiration from the Ashtanga & Jivamukti styles.

During a private session, the practise can be tailored to the individual's needs, more easily than in a large class environment.

Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat, though yoga mats are available to purchase (please let me know when booking).

Leaving at least 2 hours since your last meal (3-4 hours if a heavy meal), is advisable.
